Final Thoughts on Courage

If we stop thinking about ourselves and remember the men and women whom the Lord has used to influence for the Kingdom, our hearts will change.  Imagine for a minute what could happen to those around us if we took seriously the idea we could influence them for God by living out the Gospel. Imagine families staying together because you modeled a lifestyle of someone who overcame a trouble and stuck it out. Imagine someone learning constraint and prudence because they saw in you contentment with what you had. Or what if when you die and arrive in heaven there is someone who comes and thanks you for living a genuine Christian life.  It will take courage. But what could be more rewarding.

This is a good article that goes further into what courage looks like in the Christian life. Remember, Be strong and courageous for the Lord!
